A guy who pretended to be an employee of the Abu Dhabi royal family to stay at a luxury motel in Delhi for 4 months has been arrested on expenses of fraud and theft after he fled with out paying the invoice of Rs 23 lakh.


The Delhi Police has arrested a person who pretended to be an worker of the Abu Dhabi royal own family and stayed at the Leela Palace Hotel for over 4 months on expenses of fraud and theft. He duped the 5-famous person motel of Rs 23 lakh and additionally stole silverware and a mother-of-pearl tray from the lodge room.


The accused, Mohammed Sharif (forty one), had advised the hotel body of workers that he resided in the UAE and became in India for some legitimate work. He was arrested on January 19 from Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka.
